Queensland Labour Hire Compliance

AviationWork operates in accordance with the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2017 (QLD). Where AviationWork provides services that are not within the requirement to be registered as a labour hire provider under the current Queensland Labour Hire Service licensing scheme, services will be provided under a formal written agreement.

A written agreement / Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) must be in place between the Client and AviationWork prior to commencement of work.
